ഊർജ്ജ പ്രതിസന്ധിക്ക് പരിഹാരം കാണണം; സർക്കാരിന് പബ്ലിക് അക്കൗണ്ട്സ് കമ്മിറ്റിയുടെ അന്ത്യശാസനം

സംസ്ഥാനം നേരിടുന്ന ഊർജ്ജ പ്രതിസന്ധിയിൽ പാർലമെൻ്റ് പബ്ലിക് അക്കൗണ്ട്സ് കമ്മിറ്റി ഇടപെട്ടു. ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം വിശദമായ റിപ്പോർട്ട് സമർപ്പിക്കണമെന്ന് കമ്മിറ്റി സർക്കാരിന് നിർദ്ദേശം നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.

കേന്ദ്ര ഊർജ്ജ സെക്രട്ടറി, സംസ്ഥാന ഊർജ്ജ സെക്രട്ടറി, എൻടിപിസി ചെയർമാൻ എന്നിവർ ചർച്ച നടത്തണമെന്നും കമ്മിറ്റി നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചു. കായംകുളം എൻടിപിസിയുടെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചും കമ്മിറ്റി വിശദമായി ചർച്ച ചെയ്തു.

പബ്ലിക് അക്കൗണ്ട്സ് കമ്മിറ്റി ചെയർമാൻ കെ സി വേണുഗോപാലാണ് ഈ നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ വാർത്താ സമ്മേളനത്തിൽ അറിയിച്ചത്. ഒരു മാസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ റിപ്പോർട്ട് സമർപ്പിക്കാത്തപക്ഷം, എൻടിപിസിക്ക് നൽകിയ 300 ഏക്കർ ഭൂമി തിരിച്ചുപിടിക്കാനുള്ള പിഎസി തീരുമാനം സർക്കാരിനെ അറിയിക്കുമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

രാഷ്ട്രീയ വിഷയങ്ങളിൽ തനിക്ക് അഭിപ്രായമില്ലെന്നും കമ്മിറ്റിയുടെ തീരുമാനങ്ങൾ വിശദീകരിക്കാനാണ് വാർത്താ സമ്മേളനം വിളിച്ചതെന്നും കെ സി വേണുഗോപാൽ മാധ്യമങ്ങളോട് പ്രതികരിച്ചു.
